- We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use your Pure Card and what you purchase in our venues, to:
- Help manage the Pure Loyalty Scheme and improve the way we run it
- Understand our customers’ spending habits to improve our service
- Unless you have indicated otherwise, to contact you with offers and information on products and events which are of interest to you aswell as offers exclusive to you
- Pure Leisure Ltd and the Pure Loyalty Scheme will not share your details with any companies outside Pure Leisure Ltd
- The Pure Loyalty Scheme is promoted by Pure Leisure Ltd (Pure Leisure Ltd, 14 Scotswood Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 7JB). Anyone who registers their details can join, subject to acceptance. All Pure Cards remain the property of Pure Leisure Ltd and must be returned upon request.
- All Pure Loyalty Scheme members must be 18 years or over. Proof of age/id may be required in this respect.
- The Pure Card is valid in all Pure Leisure venues displaying the ‘Pure Card Accepted Here’ Signs.
- Your Pure Card is personal to you. Pure Leisure Ltd does not issue additional cards for your account but your family and friends can of course apply for their own cards.
- Please notify us of any change of personal details to ensure that your kept up to date with our latest offers and bonus events including many offers exclusive to you. You can update your personal details online at www.pureloyalty.co.uk (please allow upto 7 days for changes to take effect, at the Pure Loyalty Scheme desk located at Loft Reception or by writing to us including your name, contact telephone number and your account number located on the front of your Pure Card at, The Administrator, Pure Loyalty Scheme, Pure Leisure Ltd, 14 Scotswood Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 7JB. Remember to include your original details that you wish us to update.
- Please report any loss, theft or damage of your Pure Card immediately by contacting the Pure Loyalty Scheme Administrator at admin@pureloyalty.co.uk including your full name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number or by visiting the Pure Loyalty Desk located at Loft Reception. When you have been issued with a new Pure Card on your Pure Loyalty Account any Pure Points balance will be transferred to this Pure Card. Pure Leisure Ltd accepts no responsibility for any miss use of lost or stolen Pure Cards. Pure Leisure Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee of up to Ł5 for the replacement of lost, stolen or damaged Pure Cards.
- Pure Leisure Ltd can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Pure Loyalty Scheme, including withholding Pure Points previously credited to your account.
- Pure Points will usually only be added to a valid Pure Loyalty Account at the time you make a qualifying purchase in a Pure Leisure venue. There may be specific occasions when we add additional or bonus Pure Points at our discretion.
- Pure Points are not transferable to another Pure Loyalty Account.
- Your Pure Points balance can be requested from a cashier in any Pure Leisure venue provided you present your valid Pure Card. You can also view your balance online at www.pureloyalty.co.uk.
- Pure Leisure Ltd can suspend or withdraw the Pure Loyalty Scheme or any individual Pure Loyalty Account at any time.
- Any Pure Loyalty Account showing no activity in a 12 month period can be withdrawn by Pure Leisure Ltd at our discretion.
- Pure Leisure Ltd can change the Terms and Conditions of the Pure Loyalty Scheme at any time. Pure Leisure Ltd will always give notice of any changes. Any changes will be displayed in all Pure Leisure venues and on www.pureloyalty.co.uk. Collecting Pure Points in Pure Leisure Venues
- You will receive Pure Points on qualifying purchases at the rate notified from time to time by the display of notices in Pure Leisure venues and on www.pureloyalty.co.uk.
- When you present your Pure Card, in return you will receive not only goods and services you have chosen, but Pure Points as well. The number of Pure Points issued may vary between qualifying purchases and Pure Leisure venues.
- Cigarette vending packs, payphone, sanitary vending, pool table, jukebox, ATM, AWP, cloakroom and door entry expenditure do not qualify for Pure Points under the Pure Loyalty Scheme. Other products may also be excluded from the Pure Loyalty Scheme at the discretion of Pure Leisure Ltd.
- Pure Leisure Ltd and Pure Leisure venues will not, under any circumstances, exchange Pure Points for cash. Pure Points have no cash value and can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Pure Leisure Ltd.
- Pure Points will be added to a valid Pure Loyalty Account at the time of a qualifying purchase made in a Pure Leisure venue, provided your valid Pure Card is presented to the cashier. Under no circumstances can Pure Points be awarded retrospectively.
- Pure Leisure Ltd may change the number of Pure Points you collect on products and services included in the Pure Loyalty Scheme. We will let you know with notices in Pure Leisure venues and give details at www.pureloyalty.co.uk.
- During multiple points’ events products which are already included in additional, multiple points’ promotions may be excluded at the discretion of Pure Leisure Ltd.
Spending Pure Points in Pure Leisure Venues
- The current redemption value of Pure Points is one Pure Point equals one penny. Pure Leisure Ltd reserve the right to vary this rate at any time and will notify customers of any change by the display of notices in Pure Leisure Venues and on www.pureloyalty.co.uk .
- We're sorry but Pure Points are not currently redeemable against door entry expenditure.
- We're sorry but at present Pure Points cannot be spent on www.pureloyalty.co.uk or any other Pure Leisure website.
- Pure Points cannot be redeemed against cigarette vending packs, payphone, sanitary vending, pool table, jukebox, ATM, AWP‘s, cloakroom and door entry expenditure.
- You cannot make a part payment of Pure Points towards a product or service. You must collect the full amount of Pure Points for the product or service of your choice.
- Spent Pure Points will be automatically deducted from your Pure Loyalty Account.
- You won't qualify for Pure Points or extra Pure Point's offers on products or services, which you pay for with Pure Points.
- We can substitute or remove products or services in Pure Leisure Venues and any other third party products and services available for Pure Points collection and redemption.
- To spend your Pure Points simply select a product or service, provide the cashier with your Pure Card and let the cashier know that you would like to pay with your Pure Points. You may be required to check and sign a sales voucher and the total number of Pure Points spent will be automatically deducted from your Pure Loyalty Account.
